8 oz. noodles
2 cans drained tuna
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.Cook noodles. Return drained noodles to kettle. Stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour in ungreased 2 qt. casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered 35 - 40 minutes.

I use more sour cream. The bread crumb, cheese, butter mixture is good doubled.
