Ingredients:
1stick + 1tbsp. butter, cut into small cubes, cold
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to flour in your mixer on a slow speed slowly. Then add salt. "Bind it" or bring it together with the half and half. At this point the dough will look crumbly, place it on a clean counter and knead with your hands. Do this until it is one nice ball of dough. You may need to flour your hands or wet them. Do not get scared! This process works very well. Once the dough is formed, wrap it and rest it for 30 minutes at room temperature before rolling. A good crust is 70% of a great pie.

Personal Notes:
This is very easy and the cook can use cream instead of half and half. Do not replace the butter!!!
