5 lbs. potatoes, paired
2 tsp. salt
2 (3 oz. each) cream cheese
chives
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter and paprika for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and 1 tsp. salt in boiling water. Mash potatoes smooth, add cream cheese, 4 tbsp. butter garlic salt, pepper, and 1 tsp. salt. Beat until smooth. Add cream gradually until smooth. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch greased pyrex. Put melted butter and paprika on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
