1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies (ground)
1/2 lb. Graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. margarine
1 C. powdered sugar
2- 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 C. milk
Cool Whip (16 oz)

Directions:
Grind Oreo crackers in food processor; mix with Graham cracker crumbs; set aside. Mix cream cheese, margarine, and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix pudding, milk, and cool whip.

Layer 3 mixtures beginning with crumbs, then cream cheese, then pudding; repeat but save enough crumb mixture for the top.

Decorate with gummy worms; or serve in plastic flour pot.
