1 lb. hot breakfast sausaged
3 lbs. ground beef
3 T. vegetable oil
3 large yellow onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 T. chili powder
2 T. flour
2 large cans tomatoes
1 T. salt
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. oregano
3 cans pinto or kidney beans (optional)

Directions:

Saute onions and garlic in oil; add meat until brown. Add all other ingredients except beans. Cook 4 hours on low heat. Add beans, if desired, and heat through.
