1 16 oz. can French green beans, drained
1 16 oz. can shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. can water chestnuts (opt.)
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Accent (or curry & herb seasoning)
Cheez-it crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Cover with crushed cheez-it crackers and butter pieces on top.

Bake 45 min. at 350º until heated through and browned.
