6 eggs
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 t. hot sauce
3 T. pickle relish, drained
1 T. ground horseradish
½ t. dill weed
¼ t. dry mustard
1/8 t. salt
dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, cover 6 eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes; turn heat off and cover, allowing to stand for 12 minutes. Run cold water over eggs prior to cracking/peeling.

Once eggs are peeled, cut in half and scoop yolks into a bowl where all the other ingredients have been mixed together.

Place yolk mixture into a plastic zipper-seal bag and press into once corner; snip that corner off and "pipe" mixture into white halves. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or a sprig of dill.
