1 cup bisquick mix
¼ cup cold water
1 pound ground beef
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground oregano
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
¼ cup chopped onion
1 egg
¼ cup milk
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured board, knead 5 times. Roll dough for pie crust and put in pie pan. Flute edges.
Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and onion. Spread in pie crust. Beat egg and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over beef mixture. Bake until crust is golden, about 30 minutes.
