16 oz of fresh or frozen strawberries (if frozen, thaw n drain them)
2 Cups white gran. sugar
1 1/4 cups canola oil
4 eggs
3 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
grease and flour a 10" x 4" tube pan (bunt or angel food pan also works)
slightly mash strawberries set aside. Mix sugar and oil in large bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended.Stir in strawberries until well mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts just until moistened.Very last stir in nuts,Pour into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean Cool 5 minutes: loosen sides and remove from pan. cool completely before slicing.
