1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup rice

Make sauce of...

1 tin tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef and rice and form into balls. Put in baking dish.

Pour sauce over balls and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Check that the sauce does not dry up. You may need to cook less time.
