1/2 head romaine, torn
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 small cauliflower, sliced (2 cups)
1/4 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, bacon, and cauliflower. Sprinkle radishes over then make layers again, except radishes.

Combine mayo and sour cream. Add onions. Drop by spoonfuls onto cauliflower. Sprinkle with dill and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just before serving, toss.
