8 ounce package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
8 ounces of blue cheese crumbled
1/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup well drained sliced black olives
1 T. minced chives
1/2 - 1 cup chopped California walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheeses and butter. Stir in olives and chives. Sprinkle half of the nuts on a piece of plastic wrap. Place the cheese mixture on the nuts. Use the plastic wrap to shape the cheese ball adding the remainder of chopped nuts where needed to cover the entire cheese ball. Chill. Serve with crackers.
