32 ounce package of frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 small can diced green chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of sour cream
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with the soup and sour cream. Add the spices, chilies, onions, and cheese. Stir in the hash brown potatoes. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter with the crushed Corn Flakes and cover the potato mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
