2 1/2 pounds of chicken
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 large can of evaporated milk
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 4oz chopped green chiles
1/2 t. salt
18 corn tortillas
2 T. oil
1 pound cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Reserve the stock, chop meat into small pieces. Combine liquids, stir in chicken, chiles and salt. Cut tortillas in 1/2. Fry in hot oil for a few seconds. Use 9X13 pan. Layer tortillas in bottom. Spoon on chicken mixture, then the onions and cheese. Repeat layers 3 times. Bake at 350F till bubbling. 30-40 minutes
