Ingredients:
2 frozen loaves of bread
1 tube of sausage
2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
The night before set out frozen loaves. I usually spray a cookie sheet with Pam and put the loaves on cookie sheet than put in oven overnight (don't turn the oven on).

You can also brown your sausage the night before if you don't have a lot of time in the morning (just stick it in the refrigerator after cooking).

In the morning, take out loaves of bread from oven. Spread the loaves out until they are flat. They will be long and skinny. Put swiss cheese in a row down the middle going the long way. Put browned sausage on top of the swiss chees. Put cheddar cheese on top of sausage.

Bring sides together and pinch closed. Turn seam on bottom, tuck ends under. Bake at 350º until brown.

Let cool slightly, cut like a loaf of bread. Serve with favorite eggs.

This always is a big hit. You can also do this with other toppings as well. Leftover BBQ pork with cheddar cheese is pretty awesome.

Enjoy!
