4 squares unsweetened baker's chocolate
I cube butter (1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over very low heat. Add butter and melt. Stir in salt and sugar alternating sugar and milk until all mixed in. Increase heat to medium and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Decrease heat to medium low and boil for five minutes stirring constantly. Serve over ice cream.
