1 lb. ground beef, sprinkling of garlic powder, 1 t. sugar, 1 5 oz. pkg. noodles (cooked, drained running cold water over), 6 green onions (sliced), 1 c. sour cream, 1 t. salt, dash black pepper, 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce, 11 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat in skillet, drain off fat. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cook slowly for 15 minutes. As this cooks, mix together green onions, cream cheese, and sour cream. In casserole dish, alternate layers of meat mixture, noodles and cream mixture. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes in 350º oven.
