1/2 c. honey, 2 T. soy sauce, 1 T. chopped fresh coriander or cilantro, 1/8 t. crushed red pepper

Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, corriander, red pepper. Mix until blended. Serve with grilled, broiled, or sauteed chicken.
