1 lg. brown paper bag, Crisco, 12 oz. can mixed nuts (2 C.), 1 C. sugar, 1/2 t. cinnamon, egg white, 1 1/2 t. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Split brown paper bag and grease with Crisco. Beat egg white w/water until foamy. Stir nuts into egg white. In lg. bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Pour the nuts into the sugar mix. Spread onto paper. Bake 25-30 min., or until light brown. Remover from the oven and loosen from the paper immediately. Let cool and remove the paper. Allow to cool completely.
