1 8 oz. pkg. Jiffy cornbread, 1 15 oz. can sweet cream corn, 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn (drained), 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 C. butter, 2 eggs, 1 8 oz. carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread mix, corns, and eggs. Saute the onion in the butter. Add this to corn mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Combine cheese and sour cream. Spoon over top of corn mixture. Bake uncovered @ 350º for 1 hour or until center is firm.
