2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1-1/4 cups frozen or fresh cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease an 8 inch square pan. Beat eggs in medium bowl until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and melted butter; blend well. Add cranberries and walnuts mixing gently just until combined. Spread evenly into pan. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool then cut.

These are so good...they freeze well. In fact, I have several batches in our freezer to give as Christmas gifts this year! Just for added appearance sake I swirl sugar cookie frosting across the top. ~Enjoy~
