2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (12 - 16 oz) sour cream
1 medium onion diced (optional)
2 pkg large soft corn or flour tortillas
1 sm can of green chilies
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cooked chicken. Mix soup, sour cream, onion and peppers. heat soup mixture in pan for 5 min. Assemble one at a time. Place 2-3 tablespoons of chicken on tortilla, 2 tablespoons of sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up. You may need toothpicks to hold. Place assembled buritos in greased 9x13 baking pan and cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake @ 350 for approximately 30 min.
