Crust:
1/4 c. butter room temp
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
2 regular eggs room temp
2 1/2 c. flour
Filling:
3 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
4 Extra Large eggs room temp.
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Crust, mix milk and eggs together, mix butter and sugar in a large bowl, add milk mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Add "sifted" dry ingredients work into dough. Line a 9x13 inch pan with dough mixture.

Filling, Mash cheese and sugar in a bowl, in a large bowl beat eggs 5 minutes, add cheese mixture a little at a time and beating while adding . Add vanilla & sour cream mix until blended 15 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Open oven door and leave cheescake in oven until cool.

Helene, this is the best cheesecake we have ever had! Didn't know it was Aunt Jane's recipe! Light smooth and creamy... We will never forget the year we all got one for Christmas from your oven to us with love!
