1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. melted butter (or olive or vegetable oil)

Salt
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Seasonings Salt
Cajun Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.
Rinse seeds, cleaning off major chunks of string and pulp from seeds.
Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter, or oil.
Spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown.
