2 cups chopped chicken
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 c chopped onion (leave out for Rachel)
1/2 c chopped celery
1/3 c chopped green pepper (leave out for John)
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 T chopped pimento
1/2 lb grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, and celery in the butter. Add soup, chicken, pimento, and spaghetti. Place in baking dish, cover with cheese and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
I cook chicken breasts in my crock pot for several hours. After cooling I chop to make this spaghetti and chicken salad.
