1 C shortening
2 C brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 C sifted flour
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 C rolled oats
1 C chopped nuts
1 C chopped peaches.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and beat the first group of ingredients. Add the rest and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on to greased baking sheet. Bake 350º 12-15 minutes.
