2 cups flour
2 bars butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Apple wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda & cinnamon together.
Cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together until blended.
Spread out dough on cookie sheet. Cover with apple wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar (add raisins if you like)
Bake 350º for 45 minutes or a little longer if needed.
