Several tablespoons Worcester sauce for marinade
Venison backstrap cubed into half dollar size portions
1 block of crem cheese
1 can sliced jalapeno peppers
1 pkg of bacon
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate venison backstrap cubes in Worcester sauce for a minimum of one hour, longer preferred. Use sale and pepper as desired.

Remove meat from marinade and place on baking sheet. Scoop 1/2 to 1 tsp of cream cheese and place on top of each piece of meat. Place one sliced jalapeno on top of cheese.

Wrap the entire piece in bacon. Bacon can be sliced in half, because a whole strip is not necessary for each piece. Place toothpick in the middle of each piere and bake at 350 º for 12 - 15 minutes.
