Candy coating or semisweet chocolate plus a little shortening melted with the chocolate.

Directions:
Finely crush the oreos in a food processor. Soften the cream cheese, then add to the oreo crumbs in the processor. Mix until well combined. Form into small balls (a plastic teaspoon measuring spoon works well). Drop balls onto waxed paper lined baking sheet and put into freezer. Dip into melted coating and put on waxed paper again. You can vary the type of coating - white chocolate, semisweet, milk, etc. Can decorate after dipped if you want. These are incredibly easy, but taste like Godiva truffles. They can be frozen after the coating is put on.
