Round Steak Cubed, 2 T oil, salt & pepper. 10 oz cream of mushroom soup, 1 carrot shredded, 1/3 c burgundy wine, 8 oz mushrooms, 2 T dry onion soup mix, 1 c water, 1 tsp beef bouillon granules.

Brown seasoned steak in oil. Cover with remaining ingredients. Bake 350º for 2 hours.
