1 1/2 C uncooked Rice
1/2 -1 lb Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenderloins
1 Package of Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
Sugar
Soy Sauce
Canola Oil

Optional Vegetables:
1 package of bean sprouts
1 Large Onion cut in quarters and sliced
1 Green Pepper cut in halve then sliced
4-6 stalks of inner celery leaves slice diagonal
3 thinly sliced carrots
1 can drained water chestnuts
2 C diced broccoli




Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice on stove according to directions on package or in rice cooker. Follow directions on Seasoning packet for adding water, sugar and soy sauce to it in a glass measuring cup. Slice and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add chicken and cool till no longer pink. Add 3 optional vegetable choices. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often. Add liquid seasoning and cook an additional minute. Serve over or with cooked rice.

This is a basic recipe. You can use and follow the instructions on any of the seasoning packages found in the Asian section of the grocery store that do not contain wheat flour.
