2 c. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c. pecans, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pecans in med, bowl. Cover & chill 3 - 4 hrs. Remove & form into 2 balls. Roll in pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill till ready to serve.
