6 oz cream cheese, soft
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white gran sugar
2 cups pineapple tidbits drained
2 cups diced mandarin orage slices, drained
1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1 cup royal anne cherries quartered
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups heavy cream, whippped

NOTE: I can no longer find pineapple tidbits, so i substitute crshed; I can no longer find cans of royal anne cherries so I use a can of sweet pie cherries without added sugar.

In a large bowl blend cream cheese mayo lemon juice salt and sugar. Fold in nuts and fruit. Fold in shipped cream. Pour into a 3 quart mold cover tightly and freeze.

I use a large spring form cake pan for the mold -- easy to un-mold and presents well.
