3 cups carrots, cut on diagonal into 1/4 inch thick slices
Kosher salt and Ground Pepper
Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in a medium sauce pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Saute over medium heat until soft - around 15 minutes.
Add in Kalamata Olives.
Serve
