1/2 lb. Butter
1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
3 cups Flour
Apricot Filling (available in bakery dept., don't use jam or preserves)
Nut Filling (1/2 lb. finely ground walnuts, 3/4 cup Confectioner's Sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 1 egg white, pinch of salt - mix ingredients together, if watery add a bit more Confect. sugar)

Mix butter, cream cheese and flour together.
Mix well and divide into 2 balls.
Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
Rolling out the dough:
Mix a little powered sugar with a bit of flour and sprinkle on table/board.
Roll out dough thinly, but not too thin.
Cut into squares and spread 1 tsp. apricot or nut filling across center.
Roll-up square starting at a corner and roll into a crescent shape.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
