3 lb. ground beef.
3 cups water.
1 chopped onion.
1 green pepper, chopped.
2 1/2 T. chili powder.
1 tsp. garlic powder.
1 T. salt.
1 c. tomato paste.
1 c. tomato sauce or juice.
2 cans of kidney beans.
1 t. black pepper.
1 t. paprika.

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except beans into a large soup pot on the stove. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes- check to see if the meat is thoroughly cooked. Add the beans and simmer another 30 minutes. This improves with time and blending of the flavors- simmer as long as you like.
