12 oz package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
1 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 8oz can Almond Paste
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate pieces & butter.

Cook and stir over low heat until melted and smooth.

Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Stir in flour until combined.

Shape a slightly rounded teaspoon of dough around 1/2 teaspoon of almond paste.

Repeat with remaining dough & almond paste.

Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 6-8 mins or until chocolate is soft and shiny (do not overbake).

Transfer cookies to wire rack & let cool.

Sift powdered sugar over cool cookies.
