5 POUNDS POTAOTES. PEELED AND QUARTERED
2 TSP SALT, DIVIDED
4 TBS BUTTER
1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT
1/2 TSP PEPPER
2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
2 TBS BUTTER
PAPRIKA

COOK POTATOES WITH 1 TSP SALT IN BOILING WATER. DRAIN AND MASH UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD CREAN CHEESE, BUTTER, GARLIC SALT, 1 TSP SALT AND PEPPER. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM GRADUALLY. SPOON INTO GREASED 13X9 INCH BAKING DISH. DOT TOP WITH BUTER AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA. OK TO REFRIGERATE UP TO A DAY AHEAD OF TIME. BAKE UNCOVERED, AT 325º FOR 30 MINUTES. INCREASE HEAT TO 375º AND BAKE FOR 30 MORE MINUTES.
