1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c. prepared biscuit mix
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 c. ketchup

2 c. prepared biscuit mix
3 tbsp margarine
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in shortening until they just begin to brown. Add meat and cook, stirring about 2 mins, drain excess fat, add 1/4 c. biscuit mix, soy sauce, salt, sugar and ketchup.
Place 2 c. mix in bowl, cut in butter until crumbly, blend in milk with a fork. Turn out onto a floured board, knead 1 min. Divide dough roll into 2-10" squares. Quarter each (8) put about 1/3 c. meat on each square. Fold into triangles, seal edges. Bake on greased sheet about 30 mins. Brush top with milk before baking.
