2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
1 med. onion
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16oz) can quartered artichoke heart chopped
2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16oz) jar Ragu roasted garlic Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. pasto
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and onion in microwave with a small amount of water until spinach is cooked.

Add rest of ingredients.
Bake in casserole at 300º for 45 minutes.
Great served with crackers, tostitos or bread cubes.
