6 cups POWDERED MILK
1 1/2 cups SUGAR
1 cup COCOA
1/4 teaspoon SALT

Blend all ingredients well and store in an air-tight container in a dry place. For each serving, place 4 tablespoons of mix in each cup. Fill with boiling WATER. Top with WHIPPED CREAM and a dash of ground cinnamon.
