Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 EGGS
3 cups SUGAR
1 can of EAGLE BRAND
2 tablespoons of VANILLA
WHOLE MILK

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except for the whole milk) with an electric mixer. Whipping this will make it better actually because it will get air into the mixture and this will make better ice cream. Once you have it whipped up, pour it into the ice cream maker canister and fill it to the top with the whole milk. You will need to us a ice cream maker that is at least a one gallon size. If you decide to add fruit or nuts the recipe is the same.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was given to me by Mrs. Ray (Gwen) Herring. She is Sky and Rana's great aunt by marriage. Ray is Nelva Jones brother and Nelva is Sky and Rana's Grannie! Gwen is a really sweetheart and I have fond memories of spending time with her and her family at their house in near Fluvanna, Texas. They had a large family and they got together often. They are: Ray, Gwen, Mike, Debbie, Cole and Jon.
