Lettuce leaves~ washed
1 pound of chicken
Cooking spray
1 large onion~ chopped
4 cloves of garlic~ minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup hoison sauce
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger (optional)
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 bunch of green onions~chopped
2 tsp. of dark sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix garlic, soy sauce, hoison sauce, ginger and rice vinegar in small bowl and set aside. Spray a large non-stick saute pan or wok with cooking spray, heat over high heat for 1 minute, and then brown the meat. Keep breaking it up into small bits as you cook. Add the chopped large onion, and reduce the heat to medium and cook until the onion is transparent. Add the garlic and soy sauce mixture and stir to combine completely. Add green onions and cook another minute. Off the heat, drizzle over the sesame seed oil and mix well. Serve with large lettuce leaves or in a salad
