1pkg Frozen Chopped Spinach(12oz)
1can Quartered Artichoke Hearts(in water)
1cup Mayonnaise
1cup Heavy Cream
1 & 1/2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
1.5 lbs Cream Cheese
1 tsp chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2tsp ground Red Pepper(Optional)

Directions:

Squeeze & drain thawed Spinach and Artichoke Hearts
Warm Cream Cheese to ease mixing in a microwave oven. Mix grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, heavy cream, garlic and dry seasonings in bowl. Add softened Cream Cheese and mix. Fold in Spinach and Artichokes.

Serve with pita bread or tortilla chips.
