Personal Notes:
When I first got this recipe it was named Buttermilk Ice Cream, which did not sound very good...so I did not try it for a few years. One day Cindy (my best friend from first grade in San Jon, New Mexico- the one and only Cynthia Ann Ayres) was at my house in Tatum, New Mexico and we decided it might be good. Since Cindy owns Tatum Food Market we were pretty sure we could afford the ingredients! So anyway, we made it and we loved it! To us it tasted just like Cheesecake, and the recipe even states it taste like Cheesecake so we decided to call it Cheesecake Ice Cream! It is very rich and we think it needs one of Miss Judy's Tea Cakes to go with it. Call us when it's ready!! Bethe and Cindy
