Frozen or fresh pita bread
Pesto sauce
feta cheese, crumbled
Canned or jarred artichoke hearts, cut in pieces
Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

Put pesto sauce on the pita bread. Add crumbled feta cheese, artichoke hearts and olives. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pita bread is warmed throughout and the cheese looks melted.

Most of these ingredients store well in the freezer so you can have it at any time. I keep my pesto sauce frozen in a bag and put it in hot water to defrost enough for the pizza.
