1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 small can diced green chilies
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 pkg. dry original Ranch dressing mix
3 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 can hominy, undrained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add chilis, taco mix, ranch mix, and salt & pepper and mix well. Add tomatoes, hominy and beans and bring to boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Gradually add 1-1/2 cup water until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve with Fritos, sour cream & cheddar cheese.
