2 cups unsifted unbleached all purpose flour, plus more for the work surface
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 beaten eggs

For the syrup:
2 cups sugar
2 jars honey

Topping:
Roasted Almonds
4 large Hershey chocolate bars cut into little pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Roast whole almonds at 350 degree for 8 minutes.
Eggs should be at room temperature.
Beat eggs with salt and add flour until blended.
Knead on floured cloth for a few minutes until soft and smooth.
Dip fingers into oil to keep from sticking to dough. Roll into long longs and cut into 1/2 pieces.

Heat oil in large sauce pan on medium heat until hot. Fry dough pieces in oil and drain cooked pieces in double brown bag. Place in another brown bag until all pieces are cooked.

Cool off oil by placing pan in cold water in sink for a few minutes and then cook remaining batches.

Heat honey and add sugar until dissolved. Add the cooked dough balls to honey mixture and stir gently until well coated. Remove with slotted spoon and let extra honey drip off.

Form into mounds on separate plates. Add chocolate pieces and nuts, Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with Cinnamon. Cover with saran wrap and aluminum foil.
