2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
2 cans Shoepeg corn
1 small onion; finely chopped
1 green pepper; finely chopped
1 small bottle zesty Italian Dressing

Drain Vegetables. Mix everything well. Chill in refrigerator before serving.

I use Sweet Kernel Yellow corn and it tastes good. This is another great side dish for barbeques! Tastes better than it sounds and is usually a crowd favorite!!
