1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce divided.

SAUCE:
remaining tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all loaf ingredients except 1/2 the tomato sauce. Bake for 50 min.. Top with remaining sauce mixture and bake 10 more minutes. Makes 2 small loaves or one large one.
